Treatments last 2.5–3 hours and work directly on both tissues and the nervous system.
Yes. Internal pelvic work is an essential and integral part of Holistic Pelvic Care.
This allows direct treatment of the pelvic floor muscles and fascia to restore function, circulation, and sensitivity. All work is trauma-informed, gentle, and conducted with clear consent. You remain in control throughout the process.
De-Armouring is a somatic bodywork process that helps release chronic tension and protective holding patterns stored in the body due to stress, trauma, or emotional suppression. A session may include guided breathwork, gentle therapeutic touch, nervous system regulation, sound and movement, and integration. Each session is guided at your pace.
Couples Intimacy Training helps partners rebuild trust, connection, and intimacy through consent education, communication tools, conscious touch practices, somatic embodiment tools, and nervous system regulation. This training helps couples deepen emotional and physical connection in a safe and supported way.
